What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect: your name, organization, role (optional), email, phone (optional), program type, dates, location, guest/delegate count, services of interest, budget range (optional), and your written brief.

How we use it

This information is used solely to assess operational fit, prepare an initial response, and (if engagement proceeds) form the basis of an operating brief.

Retention

Inquiry data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus a reasonable record-keeping period. Inquiries that do not lead to engagement are purged within 12 months.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with vendors and partners necessary to deliver an engagement, under non-disclosure terms.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing hello@kemcol.co.
